A processing platform sends back a broad spectrum of information from the boxes: data from vehicles’ on-board computers, driving behavior analysis, real time vehicle geolocation. Information retrieval takes place directly via a web portal, or via web services connected to the organizations’ systems. The end customers see a ROI according to their priorities (tax, CO² footprint, TCO, accident risk, fleet rationalization, cost control, etc.). The platform can read manufacturers’ original boxes fitted to the vehicles at the factory, and is also open to several dozen other boxes.
